Job Description:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, fluent in English; background in electrical engineering is a plus.
2. Responsible for after-sales service of photovoltaic products in the Italian region within Europe, answering technical questions about the products, and providing technical consultation and support.
3. Analyze and resolve customer complaints and repair requests, respond to customer needs promptly, and ensure the normal operation of installed hybrid inverters and batteries.
4. Collect user feedback and market information, report it to relevant departments in a timely manner, and provide references for product improvement.
5. Assist the sales team with product demonstrations and training, and provide related technical support.
6. Improve the after-sales service system, enhance user satisfaction and the quality of after-sales service.
